From the olive groves of “Greppo” extra virgin olive oil a very good is produced.
It is produced in traditional ways with different olives varietals: Correggiolo, Leccino, Moraiolo and Olivastra of Montalcino.
Olives are hand-picked and are ground with stone millstone and cold pressed.

We don’t filter the oil to keep its organoleptic characteristics intact.
The eventual presence of a small dark crust will form only a few months after bottling, and it is due to the slow settling of tiny pieces of olives' skins floating in the oil.
The oil should be stored in a cold, dark place, with bottles in vertical position.
Storage temperature: more then 10° C.
